Lessine's latest ROTARY DRYER
For an international company operating in the chemical industry, Lessine has developed a tailored made drying solution designed to evaporate water out of a relatively sticky product.
The Rotary Dryer aims to reduce the humidity content of the product from 45% input to 18% output. Our engineering team has defined the technical features in collaboration with the customer in order to meet the project specific requirements.
Lessine’s scope of supply covered the complete drying package including the dryer itself (product inlet and outlet, sealings, driving group, insulation, ...) as well as the heating group (burner, gas manifold, control cabinet, ...), air fan, instrumentation and ducting.

Turbulent Dryer for food industry
