Bucket elevator

What is it?

Bucket elevators are found in the fertiliser, plastic granules, minerals, lime, cement, and plaster industries for elevations up to 50 metres.

Working principle

The buckets are affixed onto a chain or a belt at transport height. Thanks to an optimum filling of the buckets, the elevator can achieve significant conveying flow. The speed of the chain or straps and the emptying of the buckets is carefully studied for difficult products.

Benefits

  • Optimum filling of the buckets,
  • Significant conveying flow,
  • Transport of difficult products,
  • Strap deviation control
  • Small footprint design.
