Our Quality Policy

Safety:

The Management of Lessines Industries s.a., Lessine SA, and Lessine France Sarl is committed to recognizing its Safety Management System for all work performed on-site.

To achieve this, maintaining the VCA**-2017 certification is the objective, ensuring constant attention to meet our goals:

  • Preventing bodily injuries,
  • Preventing risks to third-party safety,
  • Preventing damage to equipment and the environment,
  • Establishing safety priorities in company management,
  • Committing to continuous improvement in Safety, Health, and Environment,
  • Maintaining rigorous documentation for our clients and subcontractors.

To achieve these objectives, appropriate training is and will be provided to on-site personnel.
Additionally, every staff member must take responsibility for their own safety and contribute to the safety of their colleagues or subordinates.

Our duty is to demonstrate:

  • Precision and methodical approaches in our work,
  • Vigilance and attention to potential dangers,
  • Exemplary attitudes and behaviors.

To achieve these results, Management provides full organizational authority to the Safety Coordinator to ensure the maintenance and improvement of the Safety system.

The Safety Coordinator will report any safety issues to Management.

Quality:

To ensure the company’s sustainability, quality is a key element in meeting our clients’ expectations.

To this end, the implementation of a quality assurance system aims to:

  • Strengthen and enhance the brand image of Lessines Industries as a ‘solution provider’ of ‘tailor-made technology,’
  • Expand our market visibility (awareness),
  • Specifically address requests, first at the commercial level: delivering quality based on technical and budgetary requirements (with pragmatism!),
  • Ensure an interface between sales and execution to guarantee the initial expectations are met,
  • Strengthen personal relationships with our contacts at both commercial and operational levels,
  • Increase overall profitability through greater standardization of technical and commercial elements.

For the 2024–2025 period:

  • Collaborate closely with our clients: providing updates on timelines and project progress, technical information via systematic plan approval, and budget considerations when necessary,
  • Maintain and increase client satisfaction rates,
  • Similarly, maintain a balanced and respectful collaboration with our supplier partners,
  • Utilize ERP as an effective and structuring management tool for our activities. Reporting must be created/improved.

The system is reviewed semi-annually with all stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement.

All this within the regulatory framework.
