Operating Principle
The Lessine delumper range includes single-rotor and double-rotor delumpers. The choice between the two depends on the size of the lumps, their hardness, the desired throughput, and the product size after delumping.
Single-rotor delumpers are equipped with discs fitted with blades or fingers that drive the product through a comb, the spacing of the teeth determining the prticle size. This process may include an exit screen for even finer particle size. Available in various configurations, the delumpers can be equipped with blades or pins with or without combs or screen to meet your specific needs.
Double-rotor delumpers include two rotors equipped with discs with interpenetrating blades. The product is driven between the two rotors and ground by the discs as they pass. Available in different sizes and configurations, the delumper can be equipped with blades of various geometries to suit your specific needs.
